UPPERFORK CBD30-170HA 3-Ton Electric Pedestrian Pallet Truck

The UPPERFORK CBD30-170HA is a 3-ton pedestrian electric pallet truck with a rated capacity of 3,000 kg and a 600 mm load center. It is built for heavy pallet transfer in large warehouses, logistics centers, construction sites, and cold storage.

Off-road wheels

The truck runs on a 300 mm rubber drive wheel and nylon load wheels (Φ84 × 80 mm), which grip on potholes and gravel instead of getting stuck. The rubber is wear-resistant and slip-resistant for long outdoor and rough-floor use.

Forks and lifting

The forks come in two lengths, 1,150 mm and 1,200 mm, 170 mm wide and 75 mm thick, with an outside width of 560 mm or 685 mm. They lower to 85 mm and lift to 205 mm, enough to raise a loaded pallet clear of the ground.

Handle and display

The multi-function handle holds a key switch, an upright travel button, and a high-definition LCD screen that shows battery level, working time, and fault codes. A combination lock and a slow-speed function are optional.

Safety and sealing

An emergency stop switch and an emergency reverse device cut power fast to avoid crushing. The fully sealed, high-strength metal shell resists dust, moisture, and low temperature, so the truck keeps working in cold storage and on dusty sites.

Motor and battery

A brushless drive motor (BLDC1.8) and a DC 0.8 kW lift motor move the truck. The built-in charger works with a 48V/30Ah VRLA battery or an optional 48V/65Ah battery, and travel speed is 3.5 km/h laden and 4 km/h unladen, with gradeability of 6% laden and 16% unladen.
