1.5-Ton Lithium Electric Pallet Truck
This 1.5-ton lithium electric pallet truck carries 1,500 kg at a 600 mm load center. It is built for narrow aisles, elevators, and small and medium warehouses.
Fork and ground clearance
The forks are 1,150 mm long (1,220 mm option), 160 mm wide, and 55 mm thick, with an overall fork width of 550 mm or 685 mm. The minimum fork height is 85 mm, and ground clearance ranges from 30 mm to 145 mm.
Motor and battery
A DC 0.75 kW drive motor and a DC 0.6 kW lift motor move the truck, powered by a 48V/10Ah battery (48V/15Ah option). Travel speed is 4 km/h full load and 4.5 km/h empty, lift speed is 30 mm/s full load and 35 mm/s empty, and the noise level stays below 70 dB(A).
Braking
Regenerative braking with an electromagnetic brake device slows the truck, and gradeability is 8% full load and 20% empty. PU tires suit indoor floors.
Size and aisles
The truck is 1,572 mm long (1,622 mm with the longer forks), 550 mm or 685 mm wide, and turns in 1,340 mm (1,390 mm with the wider forks). It clears a 1,914 mm aisle with a 1,000 × 1,200 mm pallet, and net weight is 119 kg to 125 kg.
