UPPERFORK CPCD30T-SJ6 3T Solid Lithium Battery Forklift

The UPPERFORK CPCD30T-SJ6 is a 3-ton solid lithium battery forklift with a rated capacity of 3,000 kg and a 500 mm load center. Logistics centers and port terminals keep it busy through the day, and the 80V/480Ah pack is built to be swapped rather than waited on: it slides out on a side-pull rail, and a fresh battery goes back in before the next shift clocks on.

Power and the pack

An 80V/480Ah solid-state lithium battery drives a 10 kW travel motor (16 kW peak) and a 16 kW lift motor (20 kW peak). Laden speed is 12 km/h, laden lift speed is 320 mm/s, and the truck holds a 15% grade at full load and 20% unladen. Torque comes on from standstill without voltage sag, which keeps loaded forks moving smoothly through busy aisles.

The pack is sealed, so there is no watering, no equalization charge, and no acid handling. The power management system trims energy use to the load, so lighter handling does not burn the full pack.

Changing batteries without a charger

A trained operator swaps packs through the side-pull rail in about 2 to 3 minutes using a pallet truck or roller tray. There is no crane and no overhead hoist involved. For a center that runs continuous shifts, one truck covers three shifts on rotated packs instead of sitting on charge.

Seats, controls, and the safety stack

The cab is laid out for long hours: adjustable suspension seat, ergonomic controls, and sight lines that stay clear in every direction. Hydraulic service brakes and a mechanical parking brake are standard. Load stability and operating parameters are monitored continuously, and the system steps in before an unstable lift becomes a problem.

Numbers that stay on the floor

Standard lift height is 3,000 mm, maximum fork height is 4,120 mm, and free lift is 150 mm. Solid tyres, a 2,280 mm turning radius, and a 4,700 kg operating weight hold the truck steady on rough floors and in tight yards.

Because the drivetrain is electric, the truck emits nothing from a tailpipe and can work indoors without extra ventilation. Fewer consumable parts and lower energy use per shift keep the running cost down over the truck's life.
