CPCD50 5-Ton Counterbalance Diesel Forklift with Mitsubishi S6S Engine

The UPPERFORK CPCD50 is a 5-ton counterbalance diesel forklift with a rated capacity of 5,000 kg and a 500 mm load center. It is built for heavy palletized goods, machine parts, industrial raw materials, and building materials in warehouses, logistics yards, heavy-industry workshops, building-material markets, and port terminals.

Mitsubishi S6S engine

A Mitsubishi S6S four-cylinder diesel engine rated at 52 kW at 2,300 rpm powers the truck. Peak torque is 248 N·m at 1,700 rpm, so the truck keeps strong acceleration and gradeability even at a full 5-ton load. The 90-liter fuel tank and quick diesel refueling keep it running through long, all-weather shifts without the range limits of a battery.

Load capacity and mast

The forks are reinforced at 1,070 × 150 × 50 mm, and the mast is built from C- and H-channel steel, so the frame resists bending and impact and holds up under long-term heavy loading. Mast tilt is 6° forward and 12° back, with a standard lift height of 3,000 mm.

Safety

A high-position speed limiter slows the truck automatically when the forks lift above 1.5 m, and an automatic lift cut-off stops the mast at full height. A slow-speed switch on the handle and an upright travel mode help in narrow aisles. A mast mesh guard, an emergency power-off, and a reverse anti-pinch device cover operator safety.

Stability and performance

With a 6,805 kg operating weight, 20% gradeability at full load, and 21 kN of maximum traction, the truck stays stable on slopes and rough ground without slipping. Top speed is 22 km/h unloaded, full-load lift speed is 430 mm/s, and the outer turning radius is 2,830 mm.

Lower running cost

The S6S engine is known for economical fuel consumption and a low failure rate, and its layout keeps maintenance simple. Those two points, combined with a diesel drivetrain built for heavy duty, keep the cost per pallet down over the life of the truck.
