UPPERFORK CPCD70 7-Ton Diesel Forklift

The UPPERFORK CPCD70 is a 7-ton counterbalance diesel forklift with a rated capacity of 7,000 kg and a 600 mm load center. It suits steel yards, construction sites, ports, and manufacturing plants where loads are too heavy for standard trucks and the working day runs long.

Engine and driveline

A Quanchai 4J1-115C32 diesel engine delivers 85 kW at 2,200 rpm and 500 N·m of torque at 1,600 rpm. A 24V/130Ah battery runs the electrical system, and a 20 MPa hydraulic circuit powers the mast and attachments. The truck runs on diesel, so there is no charging stop in the middle of a shift.

Heavy-load capacity

Rated for 7,000 kg at a 600 mm load center, the truck moves steel coils, machinery parts, concrete blocks, and bulk cargo. Travel speed is 28 km/h at full load and 33 km/h empty, lifting runs at 420 mm/s loaded and 450 mm/s empty, and gradeability is 15% loaded and 20% empty.

Chassis and tyres

Double front tyres, 8.25-15-14PR, with rear tyres of the same size, spread the load on soft or uneven ground. Ground clearance is 200 mm at the mast and 232 mm at the truck center, so the truck clears loose debris in yards. Total weight is 9,170 kg, and the turning radius is 3,360 mm.

Mast and forks

The standard mast lifts 3,000 mm with 200 mm of free lift, tilts 6° forward and 12° back, and extends to 4,365 mm. Forks are 1,220 mm long, 150 mm wide, and 65 mm thick. With the mast lowered, the truck stands 2,500 mm high, and the overhead guard sits at 2,450 mm.

Operation and maintenance

Drawbar pull reaches 5,300 kg loaded and 2,300 kg empty, which helps with pulling loads in and out of containers and rail wagons. The truck measures 3,550 mm long without forks and 1,995 mm wide, with a wheelbase of 2,250 mm and front and rear tracks of 1,470 mm and 1,700 mm.
