UPPERFORK CBD2OZGA 2-Ton Stand-on Electric Pallet Truck
The UPPERFORK CBD2OZGA is a 2-ton stand-on electric pallet truck with a rated capacity of 2,000 kg and a 600 mm load center. It is built for heavy-load transport in manufacturing workshops, logistics warehouses, building materials markets, and ports.
Drive and steering
A 230 mm drive wheel (Φ230 × 70 mm) with mechanical steering keeps the truck stable on wet or uneven floors. Travel speed is 4.6 km/h laden and 5.2 km/h unladen, and gradeability is 4% laden and 6% unladen.
Motor and battery
A 1 kW drive motor and a 0.8 kW lift motor move the truck, with a Qiantuo controller for smooth response. The 48V/65Ah battery supports long operation, and electromagnetic and regenerative braking slow the truck.
Forks and chassis
The forks are 1,150 mm long, 160 mm wide, and 55 mm thick, with an overall fork width of 685 mm. The fork height runs from 85 mm to 195 mm, with 110 mm of lift, and reinforced ribs keep the body from deforming under load.
Size and weight
The truck is 1,700 mm long and 850 mm wide, turns in 1,560 mm, and clears a 2,237 mm aisle with an 800 × 1,200 mm pallet. Service weight without the battery is 347 kg.
