UPPERFORK CBD15-ZLI 1.5-Ton Walkie Electric Pallet Truck

The UPPERFORK CBD15-ZLI is a 1.5-ton walkie electric pallet truck with a rated capacity of 1,500 kg and a 600 mm load center. It is built for short-distance pallet transfer in narrow warehouses, workshop workstations, and supermarket back areas.

Forks and lifting

The forks come in two widths, 550 mm and 685 mm outside, with fork lengths of 1,150 mm and 1,200 mm. They lower to 80 mm and lift to 200 mm, enough to raise a pallet clear of the floor for travel.

Motor and battery

A permanent magnet brushless drive motor (BLDC0.75) and a DC0.6 lift motor move the truck. The portable lithium manganese oxide battery comes in 48V/10Ah, 48V/15Ah, and 48V/20Ah sizes, charges fast, and is easy to lift out and replace.

Controls

The multi-function handle holds a key switch, an upright travel button, and a slow-speed button, so the truck is simple to run without much training. A DS1000 controller manages the drive.

Safety

An emergency reverse device stops the truck if the operator is pushed back against it. The body uses a high-strength metal shell to stand up to bumps and wear. Gradeability is 8% laden and 20% unladen, with mechanical steering and a noise level below 70 dB(A).

Size and weight

The truck is 1,587 mm long (1,637 mm with the longer forks), 550 mm or 685 mm wide, and turns in 1,345 mm (1,395 mm with the wider forks). Service weight is 126 kg to 128 kg depending on the battery, which keeps it light enough to handle in tight spaces.
