UPPERFORK CBD20-Y 2-Ton Walkie Electric Pallet Truck

The UPPERFORK CBD20-Y is a 2-ton walkie electric pallet truck with a rated capacity of 2,000 kg and a 600 mm load center. It is built for short-distance pallet transfer in warehouses, logistics hubs, and production workshops.

Handle and steering

The handle and lift cylinder are separated, which keeps the steering light and precise and cuts operator fatigue. The handle holds a key switch and an upright travel button, and an LCD screen shows the truck status in real time. A combination lock and a slow-motion function are optional.

Forks and lifting

The forks come in two lengths, 1,150 mm and 1,200 mm, 155 mm wide and 75 mm thick, with an outside width of 560 mm or 685 mm. They lower to 85 mm and lift to 205 mm. Optional balance wheels help keep a load from tipping.

Battery options

The truck runs on a maintenance-free lead-acid battery (2 × 12V, 85Ah) or a lithium iron phosphate battery in 24V/25Ah or 24V/30Ah. The lithium packs charge faster and weigh less, and the lead-acid pack is the lower-cost option.

Safety

An emergency stop switch and an emergency reverse device cut power fast to avoid crushing. A DC 0.9 kW drive motor and a DC 0.8 kW lift motor, run by a high-power controller, climb a 6% grade laden (16% unladen). The flip-top metal casing is sturdy, impact-resistant, and easy to open for maintenance, and an external charger recharges the battery without interrupting the shift.

Size and weight

The truck is 1,700 mm long (1,750 mm with the longer forks), 677 mm wide, and turns in 1,441 mm (1,491 mm with the wider forks). Travel speed is 4 km/h laden and 4.5 km/h unladen, with electric service braking and a sound level below 75 dB(A).
