UPPERFORK CDD15-070E 1.5-Ton Walkie Electric Stacker

The UPPERFORK CDD15-070E is a 1.5-ton walkie electric stacker with a rated capacity of 1,500 kg and a 600 mm load center. It is built for stacking and transfer in small and medium warehouses, logistics transfer stations, production workshops, and factory storage areas.

Mast and forks

The mast lifts to 2,000 mm, 2,500 mm, 3,000 mm, or 3,500 mm, and the forks lower to 90 mm for entry. Forks measure 1,150 mm long, 185 mm wide, and 55 mm thick, with an outside width of 550 mm, 600 mm, 650 mm, or 685 mm.

Drive and steering

A DC 0.63 kW drive motor and a DC 2.2 kW lift motor handle travel and lifting, with continuously variable speed control for smooth starts and stops. Mechanical steering keeps the truck easy to direct, and dual-path descent solenoid valves give three descent speeds for gentle lowering.

Safety

Turns and high-position travel both trigger automatic speed reduction, and a floating force-boosting mechanism with long-life proximity switches and an automatic lift limit protect the motor and battery. The controller guards against overcurrent, overload, and undervoltage, with a CURTIS controller available as an option, and an emergency reverse and emergency brake switch stop the truck quickly.

Battery and controls

The 24V/85Ah battery charges through a 24V/10A charger, with a 100Ah option available. Laden or unladen, travel speed is 3.5 km/h and 4.0 km/h, lift speed is 120 mm/s laden and 200 mm/s unladen, and gradeability is 5% laden and 7% unladen.

Size and weight

Overall, the stacker measures 1,764 mm long and 790 mm wide, with a 1,365 mm turning radius. It clears a 1,930 mm aisle with an 800 × 1,200 mm pallet, weighs 676 kg with the battery, and runs below 69 dB(A).
