UPPERFORK CQDM13 1.3-Ton Walkie Electric Reach Truck

The CQDM13 is the 1.3-ton walkie reach truck in UPPERFORK's line, sized for small warehouses and workshop workstations where aisles are tight and loads run light. It carries 1,300 kg at a 500 mm load center.

Built small, stacks high

The full free three-stage mast lifts from 3,500 mm to 5,500 mm across six height options, and the reach mechanism extends 0 to 550 mm, so the truck stacks high without claiming extra floor space. Forks measure 1,070 × 100 × 40 mm and sit as low as 55 mm.

Mast, tilt, and descent

Twin tilt cylinders spread the load evenly and hold the forks steady, with 4° forward and 3° back tilt. A dual-path descent solenoid valve gives three descent speeds, set to the weight of the load and the stacking height, so a pallet comes down without impact.

Drive, steering, and the Moonwalk line

A brushless AC drive motor (1.5 kW) handles travel, a DC 4.5 kW motor lifts, and a DC 0.15 kW motor steers. Electronic power steering keeps it light to walk, and the Moonwalk function holds a straight line whatever the angle of the handle, which matters in a narrow aisle. Travel speed is 3.5 km/h laden and 4 km/h unladen.

Limits and protection

The truck slows on turns and again when the forks run high. Limit switches on the lift, reach, and tilt cut in automatically to protect the motor and battery. The ZAPI controller protects against overcurrent, overload, and undervoltage, and an emergency reverse plus an emergency brake switch stop the truck on the spot.

Working the floor

The footprint is 2,225 mm by 1,430 mm, with a 1,566 mm turning radius. It needs a 2,135 mm aisle for an 800 × 1,200 mm pallet or 2,315 mm for a 1,000 × 1,200 mm pallet. It climbs a 3% grade laden (5% unladen) and brakes with electromagnetic and regenerative braking.
