UPPERFORK CDD12-070E 1.2-Ton Walkie Electric Stacker

The UPPERFORK CDD12-070E is a 1.2-ton walkie electric stacker with a rated capacity of 1,200 kg and a 600 mm load center. It is built for light stacking and short-distance transfer in small warehouses, supermarket back areas, workshop workstations, and e-commerce sorting areas.

Fork and mast

Lift heights are 2,000 mm, 2,500 mm, 3,000 mm, and 3,500 mm, and the forks lower to 90 mm for entry. Forks measure 1,150 mm long, 185 mm wide, and 55 mm thick, with the outside width set to 550 mm, 600 mm, 650 mm, or 685 mm.

Motor and steering

A DC 0.63 kW drive motor and a DC 2.0 kW lift motor handle travel and lifting, and the drive uses stepless speed control for smooth starts and stops. Mechanical steering keeps the truck easy to direct through narrow lanes, and dual-path descent solenoid valves offer three descent speeds matched to the load and stacking height.

Safety features

Automatic deceleration on turns and automatic speed reduction with a high load help prevent tipping and spillage. A floating force-boosting mechanism and a patented drive unit spread the load evenly, and the controller protects against overcurrent, overload, and undervoltage, with a CURTIS controller available as an option. An emergency reverse and emergency brake switch stop the truck quickly.

Battery and charging

The 24V/85Ah battery charges through a 24V/10A charger, with a 100Ah option available. Travel speed is 3.6 km/h laden and 4.3 km/h unladen, lift speed is 120 mm/s laden and 200 mm/s unladen, and gradeability is 5% laden and 7% unladen.

Dimensions

Overall, the stacker measures 1,733 mm long and 790 mm wide, with a 1,350 mm turning radius. It clears a 1,914 mm aisle with an 800 × 1,200 mm pallet, weighs 616 kg with the battery, and runs below 69 dB(A).
