UPPERFORK OPD25-581(UGD) 2.5-Ton Ride-On Electric Flatbed Picker

The UPPERFORK OPD25-581(UGD) is a 2.5-ton ride-on electric flatbed picker built for medium and heavy warehouse picking and load transport. With a 2,500 kg load capacity and a 1,200 mm load center, it moves high-tonnage pallets through sorting, staging, and loading areas in one pass.

Lifting and handling

The lever control and a vertical guide-rail lift keep raising and lowering smooth and stable. A double-pallet lift design lets the truck carry two pallets in one trip, cutting the number of passes through the aisle. The forks measure 2,400 mm long, 185 mm wide, and 55 mm thick, and lift from 85 mm up to 205 mm.

Battery and side-pull

A standard side-pull battery compartment makes the pack easy to remove for charging and maintenance, which shortens standby time between shifts. The truck runs on a lead-acid 24V/280Ah battery, with a 24V/345Ah or lithium iron phosphate pack available as options. The lithium version adds fast charging and a longer service life for high-frequency, all-weather work.

Drive and steering

A maintenance-free AC drive motor (3 kW) and electronic power steering keep the truck light and quiet through a full shift. The AC controller gives stepless speed control with smooth, jerk-free acceleration, and the handle returns to center on its own for precise control. Travel speed is 9 km/h laden and 12 km/h unladen.

Safety

Automatic deceleration on curves improves turning safety and helps keep the load from tipping. The truck climbs a 6% grade laden (16% unladen), brakes electrically, and runs at a sound level below 69 dB(A).

Built for narrow aisles

At 3,922 mm long and 754 mm wide, the truck fits aisles as narrow as 4,216 mm for an 800 × 1,200 mm pallet and 4,261 mm for a 1,000 × 1,200 mm pallet. The turning radius is 3,048 mm.
