UPPERFORK OPD20-581(UGD) 2-Ton Ride-On Electric Flatbed Picker

The OPD20-581(UGD) is the 2-ton member of UPPERFORK's ride-on electric flatbed picker line, sized for order picking and pallet transfer in operations where a larger truck is more than the job needs. It carries 2,000 kg at a 1,200 mm load center and is built for light to medium-duty handling.

A flatbed for two pallets

Two forks, each 2,400 mm long, 185 mm wide, and 55 mm thick, take two pallets in a single pass instead of one. A lever control and a vertical guide rail lift the platform from 85 mm up to 205 mm without wobble, so a loaded pallet stays level through the lift.

Battery access from the side

The battery pack sits in a side-pull compartment, which makes it easy to slide out for a charge or a swap without interrupting the shift. Standard equipment is a 24V/280Ah lead-acid battery. A 24V/345Ah option or a lithium iron phosphate pack is available for fleets that charge fast and run long.

Motor and controls

The truck runs on a brushless AC drive motor rated 3 kW, with a DC 2.2 kW motor for the lift. An AC controller gives stepless speed control with smooth starts and stops, and the handle returns to center on its own. A momentary travel control on the side of the truck gives fine positioning in tight aisles, and electronic power steering keeps the effort low. Travel speed is 9 km/h laden and 12 km/h unladen.

Turning, braking, and grade

An automatic cornering function eases the truck through turns and helps keep a stacked load from tipping. Gradeability is 6% laden and 16% unladen, braking is electric, and the sound level stays below 69 dB(A).

Where it fits

At 3,922 mm long and 754 mm wide, the truck clears an aisle of 4,216 mm with an 800 × 1,200 mm pallet and 4,261 mm with a 1,000 × 1,200 mm pallet. Turning radius is 3,048 mm.
