UPPERFORK CDD20-TF 2-Ton Stand-on Electric Stacker

The UPPERFORK CDD20-TF is a 2-ton stand-on electric stacker with a rated capacity of 2,000 kg and a 600 mm load center. It is built for heavy pallet stacking and transfer in small and medium warehouses, logistics transfer stations, and production workshops.

Forks and mast

The high-strength forks measure 1,150 mm long, 185 mm wide, and 60 mm thick, with an outside width that adjusts across 550 mm, 600 mm, 650 mm, and 685 mm. The mast comes in three lift heights of 3,000 mm, 3,500 mm, and 4,000 mm, and lowers to an 80 mm fork height.

Motor and charging

A permanent magnet brushless drive motor (BLDC1.2) and a DC1.2 lift motor handle travel and lifting, and the brushless design removes the need for carbon brush replacement. A HELI controller manages the drive, and a built-in 48V/8A charger is standard, so the truck can be charged directly without extra charging equipment.

Safety

An emergency switch and an emergency reverse device stop the truck quickly in an emergency. Automatic lift limit switches and long-life limit switches control the lift height and protect the motor and battery. A safety arm and folding pedals are fitted for the operator.

Handling and travel

Centrally placed mechanical steering keeps the truck stable and precise to steer through a full shift. Travel speed is 4.2 km/h laden and 5 km/h unladen, lift speed is 105 mm/s laden and 175 mm/s unladen, and gradeability is 6% laden and 10% unladen, with electromagnetic and regenerative braking.

Size and weight

At 780 mm wide and 725 kg with the battery, the truck holds a low center of gravity that keeps it steady while travelling. The turning radius is 1,393 mm, and the truck clears a 2,224 mm aisle with an 800 × 1,200 mm pallet. The 48V/65Ah battery is made up of four 15 kg cells, easy to handle for charging and maintenance.
