UPPERFORK CDD16-TF 1.6-Ton Stand-on Electric Stacker

The UPPERFORK CDD16-TF is a 1.6-ton stand-on electric stacker. It carries 1,600 kg at a 600 mm load center, and it is built for the daily stacking and short-distance transfer work of small and medium warehouses, workshops, and logistics parks.

Fork and mast

The forks are 1,150 mm long, 185 mm wide, and 60 mm thick, with the outside width adjustable to 550, 600, 650, or 685 mm to match the pallet. The mast lifts to 3,000 mm, 3,500 mm, or 4,000 mm and lowers the forks to 80 mm for low pickups.

Drive and lift

Travel and lifting are handled by a permanent magnet brushless drive motor (BLDC1.0) and a DC1.2 lift motor. The brushless design has no carbon brushes to wear out, and the HELI controller keeps starts and stops smooth.

Charging

A built-in 48V/8A charger removes the need for a separate charging station. The 48V/65Ah battery is four 15 kg cells, so a cell can be lifted out and swapped for charging when needed.

Safety

An emergency switch and an emergency reverse device cut the power quickly if someone steps into the path. Lift limit switches and long-life limit switches keep the forks within range and protect the motor. A safety arm and folding pedals are standard for the operator.

Handling and dimensions

Mechanical steering is placed in the center, which keeps the truck stable and easy to control over a full shift. Travel speed is 4.2 km/h laden and 5 km/h unladen, lift speed 85 mm/s laden and 155 mm/s unladen, and gradeability 6% laden and 10% unladen. The truck is 780 mm wide, weighs 710 kg with the battery, and turns in 1,393 mm.
