UPPERFORK CQD15XA 1.5-Ton Stand-on Reach Truck

The UPPERFORK CQD15XA is a 1.5-ton stand-on reach truck with a rated capacity of 1,500 kg and a 500 mm load center. It is built for narrow aisle stacking and retrieval in small and medium warehouses and e-commerce sorting areas.

Reach and mast

The reach mechanism extends 420 mm into the rack, and lift heights are 2,000 mm, 2,500 mm, 3,000 mm, and 3,500 mm, with the mast reaching 4,310 mm at full extension. Forks measure 1,070 mm long, 100 mm wide, and 35 mm thick, with a fork tilt of 2° forward and 4° back.

Three-motor drive

A 1.5 kW drive motor, a 2.2 kW lift motor, and a 0.2 kW steering motor work independently. Travel speed is 5 km/h laden and 6 km/h unladen, lift speed is 85 mm/s laden and 130 mm/s unladen, and electromagnetic braking stops and holds the truck smoothly.

Aisles and stability

The wheelbase is 1,450 mm and the turning radius 1,765 mm, so the truck works in narrow aisles and clears a 2,818 mm right-angle aisle across the forks. Gradeability is 5% laden and 8% unladen, and the 1,985 kg base weight suits light-duty freight elevators.

Battery and tires

The 210Ah battery supports long continuous operation, and PU tires run on both epoxy and concrete floors. Overall length is 2,430 mm with the mast retracted, and total weight ranges from 1,985 kg to 2,060 kg depending on the mast.
