UPPERFORK CPCD25T-SJ6 2.5-Ton Solid-State Lithium Forklift
The UPPERFORK CPCD25T-SJ6 is a 2.5-ton solid-state lithium forklift with a rated capacity of 2,500 kg and a 500 mm load center. It is built for medium and heavy material handling in manufacturing workshops and logistics centers.
Solid-state battery
The truck runs on an 80V/300Ah solid-state lithium battery that holds steady power output at full load. A 10 kW travel motor (16 kW peak) and a 16 kW lift motor (20 kW peak) drive travel and lifting, with a SANTROLL controller in MOS/AC control mode.
Performance
Travel speed is 14.5 km/h full load and 15 km/h empty, lift speed is 350 mm/s full load and 480 mm/s empty, and gradeability is 20% full load and 25% empty. The mast lifts to 3,000 mm, with 150 mm of free lift and a 6° forward and 12° back tilt.
Chassis and safety
The truck weighs 3,900 kg with the battery and runs on pneumatic tires, 7.00-12-12PR at the front and 18×7-8-14PR at the rear. The service brake is hydraulic and the parking brake mechanical, and the working pressure is 18.5 MPa. The turning radius is 2,020 mm.
Operation
The zero-emission drive lets the truck work indoors, and the forklift measures 2,310 mm long without forks and 1,170 mm wide. The forks are 1,070 × 120 × 40 mm, and the overhead guard height is 2,180 mm.
